The New Topyli Standard: "This article is a humble opinion piece of a GNOME user who wishes to stop using communication software and just be in touch with people. I want to write mail to, chat with, talk to, and have video conferences with real people without worrying about applications and technology."
Linux is communism, right? How about discussing why this is so not the case? You could start with all of the multi-million dollar capitalist corporations that use Linux and Open Source in order to generate their massive revenues!
That's assuming that Communism is a bad thing tho. Like anything, it has the capacity for good things, but those on positions of power often pervert it to suit their own ends/needs/wants. It's supposed to be about people pulling together and sharing resources, which sounds like what linux is supposed to be about. I don't have a problem with that. Share and share alike people. It's all about the spirit of the thing.
